AirSupremacy is our ultimate upper body workout, utilising the king of bodyweight training tools: gymnastic rings.

In this class you’ll learn how to master strength-based skills on the rings to build enviable strength and improve mobility. Our highly experienced teachers work closely with you to attain the correct technique and right movement to get the most out of your workout.

While this is a class anyone can participate and benefit from, we strongly recommend our AirYoga Beginners class as a great way to learn the fundamental techniques and shapes required for AirSupremacy.
