At AirSpace we want to make it as easy as possible for new mums to exercise. Our Mums & Bubs AirYoga classes have a qualified nanny on hand to look after your bub in a safe and secure area, all while you’re guided through a series of AirYoga moves in a fun and supportive class environment!

The slower pace of this class is suitable for all fitness levels, including those new to AirYoga as well as mums looking to get back into their routine at AirSpace. Taught by our highly experienced in-house physiotherapist Trevor Aung Than, each class focuses on regaining a strong core, toning, strengthening and inversion work using the hammock for support.

  • You’re cleared by your obstetrician to exercise
