AirSpace flexibility coaches have been helping clients reach their flexibility goals for nearly ten years. Airspace is renowned for providing high-quality, effective training; personalised, goal-focused coaching; and world-class, evidence-based further development options (workshops, online courses and teacher training). They provide flexibility training, coaching and development to amateur, professional and elite athletes worldwide.

How do you decide the best option for you?

This post will help you better understand Airspace flexibility training, coaching and development options. Once you have decided to work with us to reach your flexibility goals, you can:

1) Book directly into a flexibility assessment (virtual or in-person) with one of our experienced physiotherapists/flexibility coaches- airspace.cliniko.com/bookings

OR

2) Schedule a complementary (no obligation) intro consultation to help you determine the best way to achieve your goals- https://www.airspaceperth.com.au/programs/get-started

A Flexibility assessment is for you if:

-You are managing injuries.

-You feel like you have hit a plateau.

-You need assistance with programming.

-You want to optimise or focus your training.

The flexibility assessment is a tailored, formal assessment conducted by a physiotherapist or exercise physiologist to determine the best way to achieve your goals. The assessment will consider the unique anatomical, physiological, neurological, psychological, cognitive, and behavioural factors influencing your flexibility. At the session, you will be advised of the key reasons for limitations and provided a path to resolution.

Completing a flexibility assessment will provide answers and the peace of mind that you are on the right track.

You will receive:

-A graded, individualised, goal-specific flexibility training program. This stand-alone program is usually suitable for six weeks to three months before a review.

-Program tracking and feedback via Trackactive.

-Support to reach your flexibility goals.

-Access to a qualified, experienced physiotherapist/flexibility coach.

Private flexibility coaching is for you if:

-You want to learn specific techniques and skills not taught in general flexibility training classes.

-You want 1;1 attention or prefer training independently.

-You want to see fast progress.

Private flexibility coaching allows you to focus specifically on your goals. Coaching is highly individualised and tailored to get the best results for you. It isn't just for advanced practitioners; it's a fantastic way to develop fundamentals in a highly supportive environment. Programming can be adapted from session to session based on how you respond, meaning your training is optimised, and you will achieve your goals faster.

Small group flexibility training is for you if:

-You enjoy training in small groups with like-minded people.

-You are inspired by seeing the progress of others.

-A little socialisation motivates you to train.

Some people perform better when training with others and achieve goals they would never have set because they are inspired. Small group flexibility training sessions are run by Airspace Physiotherapists and are limited to four. All group members work towards similar goals but are provided individual attention and progressions.

-You enjoy training in groups with like-minded people.

-You are inspired by seeing the progress of others.

-A little socialisation motivates you to train.

-You want high-quality, skill-focused flexibility training.

Airspace flexibility training classes are skill-focused, i.e. front split, middle split, back bend, etc., so they will help you achieve your goals faster than a general flexibility class.
