The first step we take with all new members is scheduling an Intro Consultation at AirSpace.
This consultation is absolutely free! There are no strings attached and no obligations.
The first step we take is learning about you, what do you want to get out of your exercise? Do you have a specific goal you're working towards? A particular skill? Or are you just trying to create some healthy habits around exercise you love? In each case, it's important to let us know, so we can craft a plan for you :)
Once we know what you're aiming for, we'll ask about what you've done - do you have an background in sports? Have you lifted weights before? Yoga? Pilates? Are you self taught, or did you have a personal trainer?
What about currently? how often are you exercising and what are you doing? How long have you been doing it for?
What's your schedule like? are you a morning/evening person? Do you have any injuries? Do you have a preference for Group Classes or Personal Training?
After gathering this info, we'll put together a plan specific to you, and if you like it - great! But if we haven't got it quite right, we can continue to customise it until it feels right to you.
Once we've decided on your plan, all we need to do is put it into action - and that's the fun part :)
