Skill Session

Skill Sessions allow us to focus on particular skills and really go deep. Conditioning drills, Pattern Drills, Endurance, Strength, Repetition. Practice doesn’t make perfect. Perfect Practice makes perfect. And that is what we are going to do in our Skill Sessions.

You’ll be in a small class, between 3-6 people, who may not be at the exact level you are, but you’ll be united by the same goal, all working together and drawing inspiration from each other, with a Coach to make sure you’re doing it right!

Skill sessions are not necessarily just for advanced students, but for those who are focused, who want something, and are willing to work to get it. If you’re unsure whether they are for you, reach out to us for a chat and we can help guide you!
